Meditating is an Art. You can learn meditation via different techniques. I can explain you few techniques which I discovered by applying it upon me or by experiencing it:

3 most effective Techniques for Meditation:

  1. Start writing few paragraphs on any topic of your choice. 
  2. Use your pointing fingers to close your ears and listen to your inner voice of “OM”
  3. Think about nature like sea , forest, morning sun etc. and feel as if you are there.
